To be eligible for the RFCL Experienced Professional Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

Assistant Manager/ Senior Manager/ Chief Manager/ Deputy General Manager/ Senior Manager: B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc.(Engg.) in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electrical & electronics engineering/ Technology/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Instrumentation.
Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager: M.Sc.(Chemistry).
Chief Manager: Degree in Engineering (in any specialization)/ MBA (Materials Management/ Supply Chain Management)/ PG Diploma in Materials Management.
Assistant Manager/Chief Manager: CA or CMA or Two years MBA with specialization in Finance.
Assistant Manager/Senior Manager: MBA/ Integrated MBA/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma.
Senior Medical Officer: MBBS Candidates having MD/MS.
Assistant Manager/ Manager: Bachelor's Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology/Full-time Degree or Diploma or Certificate in Industrial Safety.

E-3: Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000
E-4: Rs. 70,000 - 2,00,000
E-5: Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,00
E-6: Rs. 90,000 - 2,40,000
E-7: Rs. 1,00,000 - 2,60,000
