EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR WBPSC CLERKSHIP EXAMINATION, 2023 

To be eligible for the WBPSC Clerkship Examination, 2023, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

• Candidate should pass in Madhyamik examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent. 

Note: Acquisition of elementary knowledge in Computer operation with the ability to type on a computer at the speed of 20 words per minute in English or 10 words per minute in Bengali.

PAY SCALE FOR WBPSC CLERKSHIP EXAMINATION, 2023 

• The scale of pay is Level 6, Rs. 22,700/- to 58,500/-

AGE CRITERIA FOR WBPSC CLERKSHIP EXAMINATION, 2023 

As of January 01, 2023, candidates must meet the following age criteria:

• The Minimum Age Limit is 18 years

• The maximum Age Limit is 40 years

AGE RELAXATION FOR WBPSC CLERKSHIP EXAMINATION, 2023 

• For OBC candidates: 3 years

• For SC/ ST candidates: 5 years

• For PWD candidates: upto 45 years

Note: No relaxation is applicable to S.C./S.T./O.B.C. candidates of other States as they shall be treated as general candidates
