To be eligible for the OSSC Specialist Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

• Candidates must have passed a Master’s Degree (relevant discipline).

Note: Candidate must be able to read, write & speak Odia fluently.

The scale of pay matrix level for the positions is as follows:

• Level-9 of ORSP, 2017.

As of January 01, 2023, candidates must meet the following age criteria:

• Minimum Age Limit:  21 years

• For SEBC/ SC/ ST/ All Women candidates: 5 years
