To be eligible for the OMC Sr. Manager & Dy. Manager Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

• Sr. Manager (Mining), E-4 grade: BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg.

• Dy. Manager (Mining), E-2 grade: Diploma in Mining Engg./ BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. 

• Dy. Manager (Company Affairs), E-2 grade: Graduation

PAY SCALE FOR OMC SR. MANAGER & DY. MANAGER RECRUITMENT 2024

The scale of pay for the positions is as follows:

• Sr. Manager (Mining), E-4 grade: Rs. 67,700/- to Rs. 2,08,700/-

• Dy. Manager (Mining), E-2 grade: Rs. 67,700/- to Rs. 2,08,700/-

• Dy. Manager (Company Affairs), E-2 grade: Rs. 67,700/- to Rs. 2,08,700/-

AGE CRITERIA FOR OMC SR. MANAGER & DY. MANAGER RECRUITMENT 2024

As of November 30, 2023, candidates must meet the following age criteria:

• Sr. Manager (Mining), E-4 grade: Not above 40 years

• Dy. Manager (Mining), E-2 grade: Not below 21 years & above 38 years

• Dy. Manager (Company Affairs), E-2 grade: Not below 21 years & above 38 years
