• Addl. General Manager (Sales & Marketing), E-6 grade: B Tech. / BE in Mining/ Mechanical/Electrical/ Mineral Engg./ Metallurgical Engg. or M. Tech in Geology/Applied Geology

• Dy. General Manager (Sales & Marketing), E-5 grade: B Tech. / BE in Mining/ Mechanical/Electrical/ Mineral Engg./ Metallurgical Engg. or M. Tech in Geology/Applied Geology

• Sr. Manager (Sales & Marketing), E-4 grade: B Tech. / BE in Mining/ Mechanical/Electrical/ Mineral Engg./ Metallurgical Engg. or M. Tech in Geology/Applied Geology

• Dy. General Manager (Sales & Marketing), E-5 grade: Rs. 78,800/- to Rs. 2,09,200/- (Level-14)

• Sr. Manager (Sales & Marketing), E-4 grade: Rs. 67,700/- to Rs. 2,08,700/- (Level-13)
