EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR NIOT TECHNICIAN, SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT & TECHNICAL OFFICER  RECRUITMENT 2024

To be eligible for the NIOT Technician, Scientific Assistant & Technical Officer Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

• Technician–Gr. A: 10th and ITI course in Electronics / Instrumentation/Welder/Mechanical.

• Scientific Assistant-Gr. A: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication Engineering/ B.Sc., Degree in Zoology.

• Scientific Assistant-Gr. B / Technical Officer: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

PAY SCALE FOR NIOT TECHNICIAN, SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT & TECHNICAL OFFICER RECRUITMENT 2024

The scale of pay for the positions is as follows:

• Technician–Gr. A: Rs. 19,900/- to Rs. 63,200/-

• Scientific Assistant-Gr. A: Rs. 35,400/- to Rs. 1,12,400/-

• Scientific Assistant-Gr. B / Technical Officer: Rs. 44,900/- to Rs. 1,42,400/-

Candidates must meet the following age criteria:

• Technician–Gr. A: 25 years

• Scientific Assistant-Gr. A: 28 years
