EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR AIESL GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE RECRUITMENT 2023

To be eligible for the AIESL Graduate Engineer Trainee Recruitment 2023, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

• Candidates should possess B.E/ B. Tech Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical /Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication/ Industrial/ Production/ Chemical Engineering or its equivalent and with a valid GATE Percentile of 80% & above (75% & above for SC/ST/OBC).

PAY SCALE FOR AIESL GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE RECRUITMENT 2023

The scale of pay for the positions is as follows:

• Graduate Engineer Trainees will be paid a stipend of Rs. 40,000/- during the first year of training. and will be paid all-inclusive emoluments ranging between Rs. 59,000/-p.m. to Rs. 79,000/- p.m. over a period of four years.

AGE CRITERIA FOR AIESL GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE RECRUITMENT 2023

As of January 01, 2024, candidates must meet the following age criteria:

• Maximum Age Limit:  28 years

AGE RELAXATION FOR AIESL GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE RECRUITMENT 2023

• For OBC candidates: 3 years

• For SC/ ST candidates: 5 years

• For Ex-Servicemen candidates: The upper age limit of 28 years would be relaxed to the extent the candidate served in a regular post in the Army/Navy/Air Force before retirement/release or discharge from such post plus three years
