• AGM (E-5): B.E./B.Tech

• Manager (E–3): B.E./B.Tech./MCA

• Dy. Manager (E–2): Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree

The scale of pay for the positions is as follows:

• AGM (E-5): Rs.1,00,000–3%–2,60,000/- 

• Manager (E–3): Rs.80,000–3%–2,20,000/-

• Dy. Manager (E–2): Rs.70,000–3%–2,00,000/-

• Asst. Manager (E-1): Rs.50,000–3%–1,60,000/-
