It does many things, like giving women jobs and letting them lead in their neighbourhoods. Women come together in groups to solve problems and learn new skills. They get money to start small businesses, like farming or cooking. Kudumbashree also teaches women new things and helps them become leaders. It does projects for the community, like cleaning up and helping the environment. And it works with the government and other groups to get things done together.
