To be eligible for the KPSC KTET October 2023, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

• For Paper/ Category 1 – Lower Primary Classes (Class 1-5): Diploma in Education/ Diploma in Elementary Education

• For Paper/ Category II – Upper Primary Classes (Class 6-8): B.El.Ed/ B.Ed

• Paper/ Category III – High School Classes (Class 9-12): B.Ed/ MSc.Ed. Degree

• Paper/ Category IV – Language Teachers: a Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in teaching in any subject
