EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR HOME & POLITICAL DEPARTMENT, ASSAM PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR & OTHER RECRUITMENT 2023
To be eligible for the Home & Political Department, Assam Public Prosecutor, Additional Public Prosecutor & Other Recruitment 2023, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
Public Prosecutor/ Additional Public Prosecutor/ Special Public Prosecutor/ Assistant Public Prosecutor: A Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
PAY SCALE FOR HOME & POLITICAL DEPARTMENT, ASSAM PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR & OTHER RECRUITMENT 2023
The scale of pay for the positions is as follows:
Public Prosecutor: Rs. 65,000/- to Rs. 1,12,000/-
Additional Public Prosecutor: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 1,10,000/-
Special Public ProsecutorL: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 1,10,000/-
Assistant Public Prosecutor: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 1,10,000/-
AGE CRITERIA FOR HOME & POLITICAL DEPARTMENT, ASSAM PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR & OTHER RECRUITMENT 2023
As of January 1, 2023, candidates must meet the following age criteria:
Minimum Age Limit: 21 years
Maximum Age Limit: 38 years
AGE RELAXATION FOR HOME & POLITICAL DEPARTMENT, ASSAM PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR & OTHER RECRUITMENT 2023
For OBC/MOBC candidates: 3 years
For SC/ ST candidates: 5 years
For PWD candidates: 10 years
For Ex-Servicemen: The unreserved category shall be relaxed by 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
