EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR GSL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE RECRUITMENT 2024

To be eligible for the GSL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

• Management Trainee (Mechanical): Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) in Mechanical 

• Management Trainee (Electrical): Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) in Electrical

• Management Trainee (Electronics): Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) in Electronics 

• Management Trainee (Naval Architecture): Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) in Naval Architecture 

• Management Trainee (Human Resources): Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full-time Regular MBA/MSW/PG Degree/Diploma

• Management Trainee (Finance): Graduate & qualified Chartered Accountant 

PAY SCALE FOR GSL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE RECRUITMENT 2024

The scale of pay for the positions is as follows:

• Scale of Pay (IDA – Revised 2017) & Grade - Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 140,000(E-1).

AGE CRITERIA FOR GSL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE RECRUITMENT 2024

As of November 30, 2023, candidates must meet the following age criteria:

• Maximum Age Limit:  28 years

AGE RELAXATION FOR GSL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE RECRUITMENT 2024

• For OBC candidates: 3 years

• For SC/ ST candidates: 5 years

• For PWD candidates: As per Government of India guidelines in force.
