Maximum Age for Project Scientist ‘F’: 55 years
Maximum Age for Project Scientist ‘D’: 45 years
Maximum Age for Project Scientist ‘C’: 45 years
Maximum Age for Project Scientist ‘B’: 35 years
Note: Maximum age shall not exceed 56 years including age relaxation.
AGE RELAXATION FOR DRDO PROJECT SCIENTIST RECRUITMENT 2023
The upper age limit for current Civilian Central Govt. employees in related posts, if their experience can benefit the advertised positions: 5 years
For Divyang/PwD candidates: 10 years
The upper age limit is adjustable for Ex-servicemen, including Ex SSCOs/ECOs, according to current rules.
Age relaxation against the reserved category is applicable to the Project Scientist-B post only.
