• Chief Librarian: Master's Degree in Science/Degree or equivalent Diploma in Library Science

• Chief Nursing Officer: Officers of the State/Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies

• Nursing Superintendent: Officers of the State/ Central Government or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous/Deputy/ Assistant Nursing Superintendent 

• Asst. Controller of Exam: Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/Statutory, Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations

• Senior Programmer (Analyst): Officers from Ministries/ Departments of Government
