EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION FOR ITDC ASSISTANT MANAGER, CHEF & ASSISTANT LECTURERS RECRUITMENT 2024

To be eligible for the ITDC Assistant Manager, Chef & Asstt. Lecturer Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following educational requirements

• Asstt. Mgr (HO): Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management with 3 years of relevant experience.

• Chef: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management with 3 years of relevant experience in food production. Education qualification could be considered for relaxation in the case of highly skilled Chefs.

• Asstt. Mgr (Events): Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management with 3 years experience in Events Management/Graduate/postgraduate diploma/ degree in management.

• Asstt. Mgr (Civil): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engg.

• Asstt. Mgr (E&M): Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university / Institute with two years post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

• Assistant Manager (Legal): Master’s degree in Law.

• Asstt. Lecturers: NHTET Qualified with Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration / Management/Master’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management.

PAY SCALE FOR ITDC ASSISTANT MANAGER, CHEF & ASSISTANT LECTURERS RECRUITMENT 2024

The scale of pay for the positions is as follows:

• Asstt. Mgr/Chef CTC: Rs. 6.00 Lakhs per annum approx. (inclusive of all allowances)

• Asstt. Lecturers CTC: Rs.4.90 Lakhs per annum approx. (inclusive of all allowances)

AGE CRITERIA FOR ITDC ASSISTANT MANAGER, CHEF & ASSISTANT LECTURERS RECRUITMENT 2024

As of February 1, 2024, candidates must meet the following age criteria:

• Asstt. Mgr/Chef CTC: 30 years

• Asstt Manager (Legal): 32 years

• Asstt. Lecturers CTC: 30 years

Note: Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD etc. will be applicable as per Govt. directives.
